The Federal Fair Work Commission has prepared a comprehensive Enterprise Agreement Benchbook to assist parties bargaining, making and lodging enterprise agreements under the Federal Fair Work Act. Any employer considering preparing and negotiating an Enterprise Agreement should refer to the comprehensive Benchbook.
